During the pre-settlement orientation we note any questions or imperfections you may be concerned about  and correct those for you.  We then schedule a final walk through to show you how we have addressed your concerns.

  In the early months of ownership, it is quite normal in a new home for minor situations to develop which require adjustment  and correction.  For those corrections, we provide our homeowners with a warranty form to be submitted at 60 days and 11 months after moving in to your new home.  Fill out this form and mail or fax to South Atlantic Residential Properties.
